This short statement covers the email sign-up on pingario.club, run by Mint Tech ApS (Denmark). We keep it deliberately simple.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your email address, plus the date and time you signed up and the fact that you gave consent. Nothing else. No names, no profiling, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To email you launch news about Pingario — and nothing more. We rely on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the consent box.

Where it lives

Your email is stored on our own server in the EU and is never sold or shared with third parties. We use no third-party email or tracking services on this page.

Analytics

To understand how the site is used, we run self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) on our own server in the EU. It records aggregate visit data — like page views, referrer and rough country — without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you personally. No data is shared with third parties, so no consent banner is needed.

How long we keep it

Until Pingario launches and the launch announcements are done, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.

Your rights & unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time — just email msk@minttech.dk. Under the GDPR you also have the right to access, correct, or export your data, and to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
